Licensed Esthetician

Shine Intuitive Beauty is seeking a licensed esthetician to join our dedicated and close-knit team. This is a meaningful role within an established, results-driven skincare practice and is best suited for someone who is confident in their craft, grounded in professionalism, and aligned with elevated standards of care.

While we provide thorough onboarding and training on our specific protocols and systems, this role is not intended for someone brand new to the industry. Ideally, candidates have at least two years of hands-on experience as a licensed esthetician, however, exceptions may be considered for an exceptional alignment.

Schedule Expectations

This role requires consistent availability for weekday and weekend shifts.

• Full-day shifts are typically 10:00am–6:00pm

• Weekend availability is required

• Availability on Mondays and Fridays is strongly preferred

• Morning and evening availability may be needed as scheduling evolves

• We value balance and communicate schedule and time-off requests thoughtfully whenever possible

• There is opportunity for this role to grow into additional hours or a full-time position for the right candidate

Qualifications

• Current Colorado State Esthetics License (required)

• Authorization to work in the United States

• Polished, professional appearance and demeanor

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

• Excellent communication, time-management, and problem-solving abilities

• Basic computer and scheduling proficiency

• Reliable transportation

• Ability to stand for extended periods

• Retail experience or comfort recommending products is a plus

• Prior client-facing or hospitality experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Deliver elevated, results-driven esthetic services aligned with Shine’s standards

• Create a calm, welcoming, and seamless experience for each guest

• Prepare, maintain, and reset treatment rooms with cleanliness and care

• Follow spa protocols, policies, and systems with consistency

• Greet, check in, and check out guests with warmth and professionalism

• Support rebooking and long-term client relationships

• Take accountability for your role and contribute positively to the team environment
